Ethical Charter
The aim of the AiM association is to promote art and culture throughout Europe by creating a trans-European cooperation and promotion area between artists of all disciplines. The object of the association's statutes is in particular the organization of events of all kinds in connection with various artistic disciplines (e.g. exhibitions, conferences, master classes, concerts, conferences, residencies).
The association pursues exclusively charitable purposes. The activities of the association aim to promote culture without prejudice to the general public.
AiM membership is by invitation from the association's board. AiM members can also submit proposals to the board. Membership of AiM can be terminated by the association's board if the charter is not observed.
Ethical values
AiM's work is committed to the EU values as formulated in Article 2 of the Treaty of the European Union: respect for human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, the rule of law and respect for human rights, including the rights of persons belonging to minorities. All AiM activities are characterized by pluralism, non-discrimination, tolerance, justice, solidarity and gender equality. AiM rejects any kind of extremism, anti-Semitism, discrimination or the spread of conspiracy theories.

Goals
Europe-wide cooperation between artists and thus:
- Promoting respect for European culture
- Promoting the diversity of European culture
- Promote cohesion, inclusion and well-being in our societies
- interdisciplinary collaboration between artists from the fields of visual arts, applied arts, music, literature and performing arts
- Discourse on themes of pan-European importance
