Already during my school years, I was inspired in elective classes by abstract drawing and painting with Professor Leins. Later, I was able to further develop my painting style through art academy courses, painting trips, and work with various instructors. Since then, I have had the opportunity to present my works in several solo exhibitions, group exhibitions, and at the Weilheim Art Fair in 2017. The sense of community and the exchange among European artists and artists’ colonies inspire me and, in my view, should be shared more broadly. There are also several artists in my own family, both in Germany and abroad. |

Born in 1948 in Utting am Ammersee, I prefer geometric compositions of form and color, as well as more minimalist representations, often drawing inspiration from nature. Even my abstract works are often associated with a graphic style.
